PHAST delivers its programmes using teams of Associates; highly skilled and qualified public health personnel with knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of areas, such as commissioning, health improvement, ethical, legal and professional information. Many have worked at a high level in the NHS, the Department of Health, or in academia.
