We can provide structured and tailored support to public health teams on:

– working with different organisational cultures
– influencing without authority
– making the case for investment
– brokering relationships (between GPCCs and LAs, for example)

Our approach emphasises interactive learning styles and we will bring in a range of facilitators including elected members, present and former directors of public health and organisational development experts.
